3. Internal

Essential oils can also be used internally as they are also considered as best dietary supplements. An example of this is using a sprinkle of cinnamon on your oatmeal. You will see how tasteful it is when there’s cinnamon. Another example is sipping a mug of peppermint tea or adding fresh basil leaves to your pasta.
