Eid is coming up. Most of you would be making a biriyani just like me. You will need lots of garlic etc for these preparations.
I will give you a super quick tip that I follow (my mom’s advice ♡) to get it’s skin off in a jiffy. Submerge the garlic pods in water for an hour. Then peel the skin and it’s like magic. It’s super easy. Definitely give it a try.
The same trick applies to shallots / small onion too.
